		<description>I'd say I spend at least 25% of development time fixing IE6 -- &lt;em&gt;and&lt;/em&gt; IE7 rendering problems, and my websites show closer to 40% visitor usage of IE6. Conditional statements help, but you still have to identify the problems and work around them. The only way to get your average computer user to change her browser may be the invasion of the body snatchers method. Pods, anyone?</description>
